It’s our job as the leader of our organization or business to hold our team accountable. But how well do we hold ourselves accountable?

As leaders, we can be the hardest members of our team to manage. As we evolve in our leadership role, we need to change how we manage ourselves so that we can continue to grow and effectively support our teams.
