In recent meetings with individual and group clients (and in our last blog post), I’ve talked about delegation and the challenges it can bring to the surface. It’s a topic that’s not an easy fix. Each of us is very different and brings a lot of life experience to our organizations. We also bring our past negative experiences. Therefore, working through delegation challenges is different for each of us.
